Tessie's totally real and awesome backstory

Tessie's life began in Mexico, where she was born into an abusive home before eventually escaping to survive on the streets. Life as a stray was difficult, and she often searched for anything to eat. During this time, she met another small stray dog named Nimmy, and the two began looking out for one another, sharing food and facing the hardships of street life together.

Their friendship unlocked abilities neither of them knew they possessed. Whenever Tessie and Nimmy placed their paws together, they could unleash a powerful wave of energy that blasted away anything threatening them, making them nearly unstoppable against mean dogs. Tessie later discovered her own power when she was about to lose food she had found and, in frustration, let out a high-pitched whine that triggered laser beams from her eyes, allowing her to scare off the other dog and reclaim it. Their adventures only became more extraordinary from there. Nimmy eventually discovered she could grow wings by squinting, and the pair flew off together, with Tessie riding on her back, until they reached Atlantis. The people there befriended them, and they spent time with the wise whale Jeremy II, even helping defend the underwater kingdom.

Eventually, Nimmy and Tessie moved on and set off on a long journey from Atlantis to the Eiffel Tower. Once they reached the top, Nimmy suddenly decided to fly into space for no particular reason, and using Tessie's laser eyes as boosters, they traveled to the Moon, where aliens captured them and imprisoned them in a distant galaxy. But with their powers, they escaped and traveled from galaxy to galaxy for years until they landed on Octopus Land and reunited with Jeremy II, who had moved there. Realizing they were getting old, they searched for a magical bunny wizard to make them young again. The spell erased their memories and powers, but gave them a fresh start. Jeremy II helped return them safely to Earth, where the two puppies were finally adopted into a loving home, where they reside today.
